Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for paying any return shipping costs.

For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item is received by our store.

Items must be sent back to S. Street Shoes within 14 days from when it was delivered in order to qualify for a return.

Items returned must be returned in brand new condition, with original packaging/box.

Once we have received your returned package the item(s) that are eligible for a return will be credited back as Store Credit or in the original form of payment in which it was received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery. If such items are not reported within that time once itβs delivered, we will not be able to process a return. Please take a picture of the defective item and email to our customer service, we will access it. If shoe is found truly defective we can send you a new pair (based on size availability) or we will refund money based on customer request.

International orders, bodysuits and certain accessories such as earrings are not eligible for returns (if applicable)..

All items purchased using promo code FINAL SALE are non-refundable and non-returnable . ALL clearance items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return without an RMA# Β will not be honored.
Returns FAQ
Packages refused or returned back to us by the shipping carrier will be restocked and you will be issued online Store Credit, minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship when this happens. You may use a Store Credit to place a new order using the corrected address.
Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all information (correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers).Β S.
